Teaching and Lecturing is an important part of my work and one about which I am passionate.

RECORDER TUTOR – If you are looking for lessons I am a highly experienced and friendly teacher and can provide expert tuition at all levels from beginner to professional level. I have a private teaching practice based in Surrey but also teach on courses and online. I have taught privately for many years alongside teaching in schools, universities and music conservatoires and have an excellent track record in helping my students achieve exceptional examination, scholarship and degree successes. I am experienced working with adults who have developed unhelpful or self-defeating playing or thinking habits or who wish to rekindle their love of playing in a calm and supportive environment.

COACH – I am also currently undertaking Practitioner Level Coaching Training and am keen to make contact with clients who would like to work with a coach at a reduced rate to suit your means. This is available online only (during the current COVID-19 crisis) but will be available face-to-face in the future. Please get in contact if you would like to discuss what I can offer further.
